For my slide design, I created an additional ad for the Echo Dot “Ask Anything campaign.”
My target audience is young adults, both single and married. Young adults love technology like this, and this also appeals to the Christmas season and making it easier to spread Holiday cheer. The cartoon graphics and words are fun and appeal to the intended audience.
Design:
I patterned this design after the design of the original ad. The black border, lettering, cartoon graphics, and price are all included in the original ad as well. The design is simple and clean, which makes it easy to follow. I used a sans serif cartoon font, which is clean but fun.
Original Ad:
Color:
The colors in this design are black, white, and blue. They are very simple, but still enough color to make it interesting. The colors in the text and the colors on the echo dot itself coordinate and create unity.
Conclusion:
This slide design went very well with the original ad and would enhance the campaign. It brings in the same theme as the original and coordinated with the Holiday Season perfectly.
